Common things
Nothing happens when I tap. Hold the top of your phone against the sticker for a second. On iPhone, the screen needs to be awake and unlocked.
Will it work on metal? Yes. Stickers from our shop work on any surface, even metal, like a fridge door. A plain tag from somewhere else might not.
Someone else tapped it. Every tap counts for the whole household, and the sheet shows who. You can undo your own within ten minutes.
I want to add someone. Make an invite link from the household card. Anyone who opens it joins. It lasts seven days.
I'm done with a sticker. The household owner can retire it. It disappears from every screen, and you can bring it back later.
Super isn't showing. In the app, go to Settings and tap Restore purchases.
I want to cancel Super. Go to Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions on your iPhone.
I want to delete everything. Go to Settings, then Account, then Delete my data. Or ask us.
Orders
Stickers go out by standard mail unless you paid for tracking. If nothing has shown up in two weeks, email us and we'll send another.
